🐾 Kitty on the Run Privacy Policy

Short version: Kitty on the Run does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The game stores only game scores locally on the Apple Watch.

🐾 Information stored on the device

Kitty on the Run stores the best score and top scores in the app's local preferences. These values are used only to show score results inside the game. They are not associated with a name, account, email address, advertising identifier, or other personal identifier, and the app does not transmit them to us or to third parties.

🐾 Information collection and sharing

The app does not require an account and does not collect personal information, location, health or fitness information, contacts, photos, audio, or payment information. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking technology, or third-party software that collects user data. We do not sell or share user data.

🐾 Children's privacy

Kitty on the Run does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. The same privacy practices apply to every player.

🐾 Data retention and deletion

Scores remain locally on the Apple Watch until they are replaced or the app is removed. Removing Kitty on the Run from the Apple Watch deletes the app's locally stored data from that device. We cannot retrieve or delete scores remotely because we never receive them. Device backups and other Apple services are controlled by Apple and are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Apple may process information independently when providing the App Store, TestFlight, device backup, diagnostics, and other operating system services. That processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

🐾 Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and message you choose to provide. This happens outside the app. We use that information only to respond, do not sell it, and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us.

We may update this policy if the app's features or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
